- Fresh Fruits: 1 cup red grapes, on the vine, 1 cup green grapes, on the vine, 1 large green apple, sliced, 1 pear, sliced, 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved, ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries, ½ cup dried apricots
- Vegetables & Greens: 1 cup baby carrots, 1 cup mini cucumbers, sliced, 1 cup sugar snap peas, ½ cup radishes, sliced, 1 cup edible flowers (e.g., pansies, violets, nasturtiums), 2 cups mixed baby greens (e.g., arugula, spinach)
- Nuts & Seeds: ½ cup toasted walnuts, ½ cup roasted almonds, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- Crackers & Bread: 1 baguette, sliced, 1 cup assorted crackers
- Dips & Spreads: ½ cup fig jam, ½ cup honey, ¼ cup whole grain mustard
